I have kind of seen Sun Airway twice now, but both nights ended in elated disappointment.  Each time I entered with a heightened anticipation of seeing one of my favorite bands, only to hear the sweet droning drum beats introducing “Put the Days Away,” the band’s closer.  As ecstatic as I was to catch my favorite song of theirs, I was equally disappointed that it was the only song I’ve had the opportunity to see live.  However, the release of “Wild Palm,” the band’s newest track off of their upcoming 7”, reassured me that they weren’t going anywhere.  This blissed gem is just what I needed to get the summer started.  So don’t worry, Sun Airway, I’ll catch you next time.
