We got an email from a DC-based musician named Fritz a few weeks ago. He wanted to let us know that he thoroughly enjoyed our Hemingway post and that he had his own bedroom project called Long Walks On The Beach (LWOTB) that we should check out. He also mentioned that LWOTB was opening for indie mainstays Best Coast and recent Columbia Records signees Cults at a WGTB show a few days later. Unfortunately, we missed the show but heard good things and we’ve been listening to LWOTB ever since.

The track “metaPhysical” has a deep dream vibe straddling the line between chill-wave and straight indie pop.
