Major Lazer has made us wait an extra three months for “Original Don,” but man was it worth it. The track is finally in full form and is a certified banger, and Tone-approved. It’s dancehall at its best as that lazy reggae pace gives it some serious swag.  Switch’s heavy drums take front and center, equipped with the expected signature snare rolls, making for a beat that will bring out the crazy legs in all of us.  “Original Don” is more of an epic than we’re used to from Major Lazer, taking some twists and turns before reaching its aggressive climax mid-way through, and then brings us back full circle. And as if the song wasn’t good enough, it comes with Major Lazer-approved artwork paying homage to the true Original Don; Mr. Draper.
