Lucas Nord, a relatively unknown producer out of Stockholm, recently unleashed his debut single “Let Us Stay Young” featuring fellow countryman Urban Cone. Boasting hypnotic synths and a driving Miike Snow-esque bass line, the track is a welcome addition to my previously stale winter playlist and one of the best electronic tracks I’ve heard so far this year. Given Nord’s young age and seemingly unlimited potential, it wouldn’t be surprising to see the budding producer make a sizable dent in 2012.
