There are few bands we adore here at ATG more than Grouplove. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I’ve never seen a bunch of friends on stage who appreciate each other as much as these guys do. That feeling translates well into the band’s video for “Itchin’ on a Photograph,” their debut single for Canvasback/Atlantic Records. The song’s a good deal more upbeat than the ever-awesome “Colours” and has a strong 90′s kick to it. The simple, fun performance shots feel like the kind of thing I would’ve gladly watched over and over on the telly back in MTV’s heyday. But for variety’s sake, they toss in a lawn gnome and an old guy in drag. Love it.
