Clearly inspired by Jose Gonzales…but inspired, beautiful, haunting even, all the same.
Yeah, Jose was definitely first to do the “lush acoustic” interpretation of this song. And it’s gorgeous. But they’re both beautiful.

Yeah, this is a cover of a cover. Gonzales’ arrangement & style was clearly the source… wouldn’t be surprised if she didn’t know she was covering the Knife.
