With the impending release of their new album, A Better Tomorrow, the RZA has seen fit to open up the Wu-Tang vault and give us a previously unreleased nugget of Wu-Tang gold. “Execution In Autumn” features an all-star line up Inspectah Deck, Raekwon, RZA and U-God doing what they do best. It’s a tease at only three minutes five seconds, but any Wu-Tang is good Wu-Tang. Stream it below.

Fans of Best Coast should take note of Books of Love. The L.A. duo — comprised of Katy Goodman (Vivian Girls, La Sera) and Greta Morgan (The Hush Sound) — turns up the doo-wop on Bethany Cosentino’s summery lo-fi surf rock. Their debut track, “Space Time,” spins a tale of unrequited, interstellar love. It comes with a cute homemade video, which you can watch above.

Germans is a sugary sweet moody disco collaboration between songwriter Julia Kwamya and producer Kurt Feldman (of Ice Choir fame). The Brooklynites’ debut track “Cruel” is a glistening throwback to the ultra smooth, pure synthetic pop of Madonna, Cyndi Lauper and Donna Summer. Its bittersweet folk ballad undertones and glitsy modern production introduce some unusual elements into the mix, giving the track a unique and haunting feel.

Kurt and Julia first bonded over their mutual affinity for a dinky MIDI keyboard called the Miracle Piano Teaching System, first marketed as an add-on to the original Nintendo Entertainment System in the early 90s. Fittingly, the duo’s music is a playful tribute to the exploration of warm, sparkling electronic sounds like the ones that drew them to the Miracle when they were just a pair of curious tots. Yet lurking beneath “Cruel’s” blissful nostalgic timbres lies a poignant grownup heartbreak track.

Savoir Adore are back with “Beating Hearts,” the first piece of music to come from the NY duo since signing with Nettwerk. Savoir’s latest track once again launches us into the dream-pop fantasy world of Deidre and Paul. It’s hard to get more interstellar than Daft Punk, but Brooklyn’s The Golden Pony manage to launch “Doin’ It Right (Ft. Panda Bear),” a track off the robots’ latest effort, Random Access Memories, deeper into space with some heavy bass and supernova synths. Stream their remix below.

LA producers Bixel Boys are back at it again, re-opening the vault for their glitzy new remix of Robin Thicke’s delicious “Blurred Lines.” The duo kept the core of the song while transforming it from a dance-between-the-sheets track to a dance-floor appropriate model by adding some shrill highs and a quicker bassline. The result is another disco-leaning remix from the Boys, who seem eager to corner the market.

Italian electronic and disco legend Giorgio Moroder has seen a resurgence in the music world thanks to his collaboration on Daft Punk’s latest hype machine, Random Access Memories. The 73-year-old producer is also getting back to making solo work of his own as well. It seems he loves collaborating with huge names in the electronic realm, because his latest musical creation is a partnership with none other than Google.

“Racer” is the sole track associated with Google Chrome’s experimental racing smartphone game of the same name. Up to 5 players can line up their smartphones to create an extended race track and drive through all 5 screens. The song features Giorgio’s signature groovy synth work and modulated vocals alongside a real heavy club beat and a tickling piano to assist you in your race to the finish line. The experiment is cool, but “Racer” is a fantastic standalone listen as well.
