All Things Gold 013 is not even twenty hour away, yet the Los Angeles duo is already impressing us with a brand new cover of Sinéad O’ Connor’s “Nothing Compares 2 U.” It takes guts to even consider taking on this quintessential 90s, Prince-penned slow jam, but Ryan Merchant and Sebu Simonian do it plenty of justice with a smooth, synth-heavy makeover, complete with horn solo.
