Architecture in Helsinki –
Contact High (Clock Opera Remix)
Architecture in Helsinki was one of the first bands we ever posted here on ATG, figuring heavily into any playlist I made back in 2006. The Melbourne-based pop geniuses recently announced the release of Moment Bends, the follow up to 2007′s Places Like This, and dropped the first single, “Contact High.” The track is all sorts of bouncy, with AiH’s trademark analog synths and Cameron Bird’s familiar falsetto.
Naturally, ATG-favorites Clock Opera had to get in on the action, transforming the track into a fuzzy dance jam like only they know how. Check the track below, the video HERE, and AiH’s U.S. tour dates after the jump.
